Ret_Mesh.H2.0   This simplified model of a dynamic, color sensitive retina includes an irregular hexagonal mosaic of L, M and S cones, two resistive grids to model the H1 and H2 horizontal (H) cells, bipolar cells that take the difference between the cone and H-cell signals and retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) that turn the bipolar signal into a spiking output.

Acknowledgements: The H2 model was developed by Brian P. Schmidt, J. Patrick Weller and Wyeth Bair at the 2014 Friday Harbor Laboratory Workshop on the Dynamic Brain, supported by the The Allen Institute for Brain Science.
