DS_PrePost_Fac  This is a hybrid model that combines pre- and postsynaptic DS delays. The network architecture is identical to that of DS_Pre_Fac, but the dt between delayed and non-delayed populations is only 10 ms. The DS interaction applied to paired EX and EX_D units is the same as that used for DS_Post_Fac, and provides an additional 10 ms postsynaptic delay to the signal from the EX_D inputs.
